K9 Security

Our canine patrols offer standalone or combined security, enhancing guard teams or safeguarding properties, providing extra protection professionally.

Our canine patrols can function as a stand-alone service or as an addition to your guard or security team. A dog patrol is a strong, extra security precaution that may be used to guard your unoccupied property from burglars or to give professional protection during events.

Security dogs offer additional protection beyond what a security guard does. Unauthorised people are deterred from trying to breach security by the extremely obvious deterrent of a trained guard dog. We have extensive expertise serving the requirements of both small and large organisations with our teams and security dogs. Our dog handlers can be outfitted with body cameras to record events in real time and share the film with you in higher-risk circumstances. This enables us to give the police the proof they need to back up the security personnel’s actions.

Initial Site Assessment

Understanding client needs: We begin by holding a thorough conversation with the customer to learn about their unique security needs and any special requirements specific to their business that should be taken into consideration.

Site Visit and Risk Assessment: One of our experienced security managers conducts a full site evaluation and a comprehensive documented risk assessment. Identifying entry points, high-risk regions, and possible vulnerabilities that must be addressed are all part of this process.

Proposal development: Bright staffers’ specialists create a personalised security strategy based on the data they collect from the consultation and site inspection. The amount of K9 units required, their credentials, shift assignments, and any specific training needs are all outlined in this plan.

Cost Estimation: A comprehensive financial projection will be given, encompassing any supplementary gear or technology that would be necessary for efficient safety measures.

Dedicated Account Manager: The manager will be in charge of organising all security measures and serving as the company’s main point of contact with clients.

Service protocol Planning: Based on the risk assessment, a comprehensive service protocol is created. The assignment rules, emergency response protocols, and standard operating procedures for the on-site canine team will all be included in this document.

Canine Team Selection and Training

Licensed and Certified Handlers: All of our Bright staffers’ uniformed canine handlers are qualified by NASDU and licensed by SIA, guaranteeing that they possess the knowledge and abilities needed to successfully manage security canines.

Canine Selection and Training: Our security canines are carefully chosen and trained according to their obedience, temperament, and fit for security duties. They go through comprehensive instruction to make sure they are obedient to orders and suitable for the designated location.

Site Reports and Site Visits

Shift Reports: On a daily basis, the key person designated by the customer receives complete, precise, and timestamped shift reports that contain real-time updates, any events, disruptions, or odd occurrences. These reports allow clients to provide remarks, thoughts, and any necessary changes to the security strategy, all while ensuring accountability and transparency.

Regular Compliance Check: Regular unannounced site checks are carried out by our committed compliance team to make sure the K9 units live up to client expectations and follow service procedures
